What You’ll Need:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced

How to Make It:

Step 1: Dice the Strawberries

Rinse and pat dry your strawberries. Remove the stems, then dice them into small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Step 2: Toast the Kataifi

Chop the kataifi pastry into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the kataifi, and stir constantly for about 8-10 minutes until it’s golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and mix in the pistachio butter and tahini. This step is what gives the dessert that signature crunch!

Step 3: Melt the Chocolate

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate. Microwave for about 1 minute, then stir until smooth. If needed, heat in 10-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted and silky.

Step 4: Assemble the Cups

Grab your serving cups and start layering! First, add a spoonful of diced strawberries, then a layer of the crispy pistachio kataifi mix, followed by a drizzle of chocolate. Repeat the layers until the cup is full, then top with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

Let everything set for a few minutes so the flavors can come together, then dig in! These are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to a day.

That’s it! A simple, elegant dessert that’s chef’s kiss perfect for any occasion. Try it out and let me know what you think!
