Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of digitally downloaded goods. There are no returns or refunds accepted on these items. We are not responsible for duplicate purchases made on our website. Please review your purchases before shopping. Please note, if you do not see your shopping cart reflect a sale price - let us know through our contact form. We will not issue refunds for a purchase made using the wrong coupon code. We will also not apply discounts after a transaction is made. If you have purchased a class you will gain admittance into our support group on Facebook. Your membership last as long as the group is live but is based upon my discretion. If I feel you have done anything that does not align with the group or our rules, you will be removed without warning. Please, read the descriptions and ask all questions upfront. Please also understand system requirements and applications needed before purchasing.
